GriefShare offers support for those who are grieving the death of a loved person in their life such as a spouse, child, parent, sibling, other relative, friend, or coworker. Learn more at griefshare.org/

SEASONAL SUPPORT GROUPS

North Boulevard West Murfreesboro Campus offers 13-week support groups in the spring and fall each year. 

• Support groups are open to anyone from the community. 

• Each meeting includes a 30-minute video followed by a discussion led by trained facilitators.

• Registration is free. Each participant receives a guide with short, daily exercises, journaling prompts, Scriptures, and tools to process their emotions during the week between meetings. Topics include loneliness, sadness, fear, anger, regrets, relationships, hope, self-care, and more.

SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS

Each year before the holiday season (typically in mid-November), we host a special one-meeting event called “Surviving the Holidays.” Because this time of year is especially difficult for those grieving the death of a loved one, we try to provide some extra tools, tips, and support. It is the same format as our regular GriefShare meetings: 30-minute video, discussion, and Participant Guide.
