NBYG high school girls, get ready for a fun and meaningful afternoon of creativity, community, and connection! Join us for High School Candle Making — a special event just for 9th–12th grade girls where you'll shop, create, and leave with something beautiful to carry into your quiet time with God.

📍 Location: The Filling Station (Teen Center at our East Campus)

Here's how the morning will go: We'll start at the Filling Station, then carpool with NBYG moms to local thrift stores and shops to find the perfect vessel for your candle — think tea cups, small bowls, or any glass or ceramic piece that speaks to you. Once everyone has found their treasure, we'll head back to the Filling Station to melt, pour, and create your very own candle!

This event was inspired by a special prayer time at our girls retreat, where each girl received a small tea candle. These handmade candles are meant to be used during your alone time with God — a tangible reminder of the prayers spoken over you.

A few things to know:
• Bring $5–$10 (or however much you'd like to spend) for your vessel at the thrift store
• Snacks will be provided
• This event is for 9th–12th graders only
• No registration required — just show up!
