Life Communities

Share your walk of faith on a personal level by joining a Life Community, also known as a Life Group or small group.

Life Communities range in size from 6-20 people who typically share common interests, life stages, missional service, and/or family connections. Many of our groups are intergenerational.

It’s more than a social group; it’s personal. The people in your Life Community are who you share life’s ups and downs with, spurring one another on in the faith.

Join a Life Community

We have groups that meet both in-person and online, so no matter where you are in life, there's a group for you!

Our group coordinators are excited to help you find your Life Community. Simply fill out the form below to express your interest, and they will be in touch with you soon!

Praying For Our Community

On Sunday, November 5, our church will be going into the surrounding community to pray for schools, government officials, first responders, neighborhoods, businesses, nonprofits, and other churches.

The Life Blood of the Church

Each of us has a need to be known by others, and each of us must truly know others if we are to love them with the love of Christ. That's why being in a small group is an essential part of maturing as a Disciple at North Boulevard.

How to Start a New Community

We always need new leaders to rise to the occasion and guide their small group discussions and organize activities. It takes commitment and attentiveness, but the process is simple:

1. Recruit a few friends Invite people to join your group — friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc...

2. Open your home No special skills required, just welcome others in. You can also choose to meet at the church building (upon request), another public space, or even online via video call!

3. Facilitate the discussion You don’t have to teach, just facilitate by using our free resources like Discovery Bible Studies, the Life Lesson Discussion Guides, or RightNow Media to help you.

4. Get help along the way All of our small group leaders receive a weekly email with resources and leadership training videos to help you succeed. You'll also be assigned a Life Community Coach, whom you can check-in with once a month to help you reach your potential as a leader.
