Here’s a glimpse of what being a Small Group Leader looks like:

🙏 Pray regularly for your group and stay connected throughout the week
📅 Plan meetings, fun activities, and service opportunities
🤝 Partner with a co-leader and share responsibilities
💬 Facilitate discussions and help keep gatherings on track
❤️ Care for and support group members in meaningful ways
